Smugglers Cove Homeowner's Dues are $300.00 per year and are due on January 1st of each year. A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed for any dues payments that are not received by January 31st.

Reminder: ALL house plans MUST be approved by the architectural
review committee PRIOR TO THE START OF HOME CONSTRUCTION.

Expect a turnaround of 30 days to review plans and respond back
to the homeowner. All architectural applications (including a complete
copy of the entire floor plan) should be submitted to this address:
